Iowa-Ohio State. Any chance Iowa can pull off the upset?

Sure, if they can keep from fumbling the ball three or four goddamn times like they have every other game this season.

Rutgers plays the prevent on USF's final drive, with predictable results.

USF scores, going for two to tie with 15 seconds left.

    Moddy holds his breath.

You couldn't put the damn thing anywhere else in Columbia and make the setting that much nicer. Why can't USC(arolina) be in Charleston???

And I won't out myself by saying I covered that game because it was a Thursday and I got to jump off my beat for a day and take it ... so FUCK THAT TRAFFIC. How can a city that size have absolutely no idea how to manage traffic? Every time I go there, I'm amazed.

Given what happened tonight, and given that Rutgers is ranked, I suddenly feel better about the Jayhawks' victory against USF last week. That said, Nebraska will still roll KU big time tomorrow as payback for that 40-15 stunner last year in Lawrence.
