    I hate chicken wings.

But, just thought I'd mention, that in the world of cayenne sauces, if your budget won't allow for Tabasco, may I recommend Crystal. Crystal's the king of non-Tabasco cayenne sauces.

Tabasco's new Jalapeno and newer Chipotle sauces, while not Southern, are excellent.

Strangely, even though Trappey's makes excellent products in general, their "Red Devil" cayenne sauce sucks. And I'll take the "Louisana - One Drop Does It" sauce in a pinch, but it's nothing to write back to New Iberia about.

    Carry on...

I used to love the ginger wings at Wild Wing, a regional chain in the Carolinas (I think it was just in that area). Even though I have never made wings, I'd love to have that recipe. I used to love alternating the hot wings and the ginger wings. Seemed to add extra zip to the hot ones.

Baked teriyaki wings are yummy - bake the wings first, and in the final 10 minutes, brush teriyaki sauce on them and finish baking.

Was this the place you're referring to? Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty national.

No. I know what he's talking about...there's a Wild Wing in Mt. Pleasant, SC, that I always visit when visiting the folks...
