The Mustangs reached the football playoffs two of the last three seasons. North Zulch does not have a football team, but is competitive in several other sports, winning the district in girls basketball and reaching the state cross country meet last season.

In addition to education beat stories, we expect to cover everything from the big Friday night games to youth sports and the outdoors.
