    Caged like an animal? He's in California, not North Korea or Brazil. Those who break the law in the US still need to go to jail. I agree with sometimes making non-violent criminals pay back those they've stolen from and do meaningful community service, but how the hell could that mental midget do it. Is someone going to pay him for stock picks again.
