    The Seattle Times, a family-owned news organization and one of the nation’s premier regional news sources, is looking for a Sports news assistant to join our Pulitzer Prize-winning newsroom. This role (32 hours per week plus benefits) is responsible for producing the agate report and TV/radio/calendar listings in the daily Sports section.

    Just wondering ... did a sports news assistant move into the recently-listed full time layout opening?

    I hope that was the case — always nice to see ANY upward mobility in this day and age.
