I checked after my guess, spup is the closest on the original price and I'm the closest on the second one. I'm also closest as far as aggregate price.

I also checked after my guess. I was pretty proud of myself for guessing pretty damn close to the original price.

    $350,000 to buy
    $700,000 to sell

Way too high on my selling price...Wow.

Not WAY too high on the selling price.

OK, actually a Seattle native here ... but where the hell is Columbia City?

Purchased for $315 K, wants to sell at $549K. I think Columbia City is in South Seattle someplace.

The story never mentions the square footage, a major, major oversight.

I haven't read down to see what the answer is, but I am guessing $350k to buy and $1.5 million to sell.

Without knowing the square footage, I don't think $549k is really that high for Seattle anymore is it?

I'd buy it, but the neighborhood would have the potential to change that decision.

Considering the garage with natural gas, ceramic tile and wood flooring throughout, plus it being so updated and 2,000 square feet that sounds about right for Seattle.
Though, like someone else said earlier, I have never heard of a Columbia City neighborhood so the price could change in my mind.
