If you saw this AM's Seattle P-I, no guessing. But what did the buyers pay for this house (left)in South Seattle recently, and how much are they asking for after the flip?

OK, I just cheated. The initial buy price is way more ridiculous than the sell. I figured they got it in foreclosure or auction or something like that.

If you have to ask, you can't afford it. I'm guessing the paint and porch were the bulk of the improvements. I'd check out the plumbing and electrical before plunking down any money.

    $57,000 buy $920,000 to sell.

    $250,000 and $1 million?

And to clarify, I've never been to Seattle, nor have I ever priced houses.
