SE, Utica Observer-Dispatch (Utica, NY)

    You can live in New Hartford.
    Or Rome.
    Or Verona.
    Or Oneida (if you like gambling and golf).
    Utica isn't the best city in the US but you can work there and live in another nice town.
    Like Little Falls.

    Utica isn't as bad as Hoosick Falls.

    Hoosick Falls isn't that bad! And Utica itself kinda stinks, but as was said earlier, you can live a few minutes away and still get to Utica easy enough.

    Oh, I like Hoosick Falls. Had to cover many a game there. But there ain't a damn thing to do unless you want to hang out at Stewart's Shop or hang out at the Bennington Battlefield.

    Hey, aren't Andy Van Slyke and Mark Lemke from Utica?

    Been up to Cooperstown twice, but don't know anything about Utica. But this gig might be worth it just to get to cover Hall of Fame weekend every year ...

    It's a long story, but the bottom line was they dragged their feet for so long that the guy they wanted to hire took another job. Back to the drawing board.
