    It's funny how many papers do that: Post nationally, then just hire from within because it's the easiest thing to do. And this is nothing against Patrick Crowley. I don't know him personally, but I'm sure he'll do a fine job. Seems to me, though, the easy thing is if you have an in-house candidate, why post nationally?

    Oh and before people jump on my statement about posting "nationally" - especially considering the Ad says "local candidates preferred" those of us in New England are often considered local, but perhaps the Reformers version of local meant "five desks away."
