I cannot believe adults would do something like this. What a bunch of miserable fucking people. And what a wonderful message to send to the little monsters they're raising.

The thing about the special needs kids pisses me off beyond belief. There's no way they were accidentally excluded.

I thought that school and its "leaders" could be no more hateful and small-minded than canceling the prom, but I clearly underestimated them.

I hope she gets enough money from the lawsuit to pay for college, including a master's and a doctorate.

A front-runner for this year's award in the Most Hateful and Despicable Acts by a School Administration category.

Yep. Mohamed. Juglesh, Clayton, Sidney, Lonny (uh, that's Larry).

Hope they didn't feel shy about helping themselves to punch and cookies.

Sheesh. Wish I could say I'm surprised at this blatant display of ass-hattery by these school admins. Sadly, I'm not. ::)

Yeah, this is worse than a school not allowing a kid to wear a Colts jersey on Saints Jersey Day.

At least with the Mass. girl that committed suicide, the school can attempt to claim that they can't control bullies' actions outside school grounds. But in this case, there's no excuse for such conduct.

I especially agree on the part about the special needs kids.

I think this calls for some people to be summarily fired.

What happened was shitty, but I have to agree with Waylon here.

I mean, if not inviting someone to a party is now grounds for a lawsuit, America is over.

I don't understand this whole 'hit the lotto' lawsuit wave I always read on these type of threads.

People are so giddy that the taxpayers of that shithole burg may be on the hook for several million dollars for a lesbian prom clusterfuck.

    Woo Hoo!!!

Yeah, it's just not America if you can't discriminate.

Discrimination on the basis of sexuality, especially since this was a school-sanctioned event, is something you can sue over.
