    Anything involving Bostonfan. It is no coincidence that every one of my favorite teams either resides in the same division as Boston, or in one case, beat them in a World Series right about the time I started watching MLB.

    Of those listed, I never mind seeing Duke lose. Kind of like seeing the Omegas get their comeuppance in "Animal House".

    But, the one team I will always openly root against is the Arizona Cardinals. Can never forget or forgive Billy B for taking them out of St Louis, when they had been so fun to watch as a kid in the Cardiac Cards era.

    So, now, they host a playoff game that St Louis never got (at least with the Cardinals--I had long since moved on before the Rams ever came to town), against my adopted NFL team of the Falcons. I'm hoping the score ends up something like 57-3 Falcons. Ok, 57-0, really. With fans throwing trash on the field by the end of the 3rd quarter and Bidwill getting a rough case of food poisoning from the halftime buffet.

    College sports: Duke, Maryland, Ohio State
    Baseball: Yanks, Cubs, Mets, recently Sawx
    NBA: Lakers (Bulls hate is abating)
    Football: Redskins (who may win the whole shebang with me), Bears, recently Pats
    Soccer: Chelski, Man Yoo, Real Madrid

    Maryland? get the fuck outa town. They win in aoccer, field hockey and lacrosse. They don't win enough basketball and football to merit consideration.
