    DS and Sports Reporters was my Sunday morning must-see before church as a kid, but Sportswriters on TV was my religion during the week. That was the way sportsjournalists talked about sports. No frills, no b.s., just straight sports.
     
  3. Favorite SWonTV moments:
    1) The night Telander did the whole show in a gas mask to protest the cigar smoke.
    2) The night they were talking about drug-testing and Bill Jauss called Telander a fascist.

    My favorite moment was Jauss's suspenders violently snapping away from the back of his trousers, flying over the top of his head, and landing in the coffee.

    If i have that wrong, please don't correct me, I want to remember it exactly that way.

    Whoever owns the rights to that show (FSN?) needs to put it out on DVD. I'd buy it.
