    As Scaife is a man that has spent millions of dollars to prevent other people from getting married and being happy under the guise of "family values," it only seems suitable that he is one giant hypocrite.

    So he wants to prevent others from getting married ... What does that have to do with his own divorce?

    If he were preventing others from getting divorced, you'd have a point.

    Because he wants them not to get married because they're gay and straight marriage is sacred.

    Hence the hypocrisy.

    Who cares what she gets? Half of his wealth is 100+x more than any person would need.

    If she takes half, it won't affect his lifestyle one iota.

    He thinks it's so sacred that adultery is more of a hobby to him than the Tribune-Review. Comparing a guy who repeatedly slept around with women besides his wife, whom he married in sacred matrimony, isn't anything at all remotely like Ted Haggard's wife.
