While telling your wife you need some quiet time to do some writing.

Crickets as usual at Faux News Channel.

Been watching for 20 minutes for reax, no mention of the governor and nothing on the crawl.

OMG! They just teased it deep into the newscast!

Speaking of Faux News, it lives up to its name again:

So when does this dude resign?

    Here's the e-mails:

By the way, they held onto these e-mails for six months. Liberal bias in the media? I think not.

That one was posted on the thread about this on the politics board, too. Can't they make an honest mistake? :)

Kudos to The State for keeping a dossier of Sanford's emails.

Only an idiot would ignore the FOIA and how easy it is to get info.

Kwame Kilpatrick thinks Sanford is a hack when it comes to sending texts and emails.

It's just mind-boggling how many politicians basically torch their hard-earned careers with these sorts of affairs.

These guys are supposed to be the best and brightest, the leaders of a nation and yet they can't seem to remember one simple rule: "Keep your zipper closed". Un-be-lievable!!!

No fucking way are they the best or brightest of our nation. The 535 people in congress could all be replaced by 535 people 10 times better than them. Same with every other elected office. Just because you run and win doesn't mean you're automatically the best. Sometimes the best just don't want to deal with the bullshit.
