An unnamed black female filed a report with Miami police on April 3, alleging she made drinks at an apartment for Kaepernick, 49ers teammate Quinton Patton and Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette, a former 49ers wide receiver and close friend of Kaepernick.

 

He didn't hear her say no because he had his Beats by Dre on.

 

This story just gets better. Next we're going to find out that Mike Tyson was there
with his pet tiger.
