Miami police say 49ers QB is being investigated for an alleged sexual assault:

    If this is true, wow.

C'mon, now, this shouldn't exactly come as a surprise anymore.

When are athletes going to learn that if you take liberties with your women in Florida, do it under the jurisdiction of the Tallahassee police?

He tends to get confused when he can't read get the first read on a woman.

And if the police report is true, he burned a timeout at a most inopportune juncture.

    A little more information...

So she passed out in bed and they took her to the hospital?

I think waiting 24-36 hours to see if he is charged might be wise.

Who will be the first writer to discuss this topic while also mentioning Kapernick has tattoos?

Is there a single word alleging a sexual assault? One word? Because if not - and if this is just an incident report based off of someone's alcohol poisoning, some sort of SOP - then Colin Kaepernick should own both TMZ and Mike Florio when this is all said and done.

Where the hell is the actual incident report?

    Terrible reporting.

Ann Killion of the San Francisco Chronicle. (She does not make a value judgment on the tattoos, though, only a reference to him as a "tattooed game-changer.")

The actual incident report states the woman went into the room, started kissing Kaepernick, and somehow became naked before she passed out.

That's a helluva thing for a reporter to leave out.

Nope. Not a single mention of a sexual assault.

It sure sounds like, based on her own statement, that she was getting ready to bone Kaepernick, which she has done before, but perhaps was not all that interesting in boning anyone else. So the big mystery is whom (if anyone) she ended up boning. And I am sure police are looking for cell phone videos to answer that question.
