    Three_Bags, it's ridiculous to suggest Casey is willingly supporting al-Qaida and the like. Who's gonna buy that other than ... well, no one? It's desperation of the highest order, to try to link the Pennsylvania state government to the "terr-er-ists."

    I've seen Rick at a few press appearances and when the cameras aren't on, and the guy seems to care genuinely about his constituents and the process of governing. His borderline-extremist comments mean I'll never vote for him, though.

    Having dealt with Santorum and his staff in the past, I'll also agree that he's not quite the monster his fanaticism makes him appear as. But he says some really, really stupid things. Plus there is a slimey side to him, as there is with just about any politician.
