Santonio Holmes and Braylon Edwards. Enjoy your career, Mark Sanchez. Hahahaha!

    A fifth-round pick!?!

Man, the Steelers really wanted to get rid of him to take that little in return.

    Just a fifth. Wow.

If you own Mike Wallace in a keeper fantasy league, congratulations.

I'm indifferent about the move, though shocked the team couldn't get more than a fifth rounder. Really? That's it?

Whatever the case, Holmes made his own bed. He's a very good receiver who the Steelers likely wouldn't have signed long-term, especially given his troubles/idiocy of late.

Ultimately, this is the NFL we're talking about. Guys are replaceable.

He is facing a four-game suspension.

    Blue font?

Douchebaggery and Braylon's shit hands aside, that's a ton of talent for Sanchez to work with.

If Roethlisberger isn't a moron, Holmes is still in Pittsburgh. Easier to replace him than the QB, though.

The Steelers now have 11 picks in the draft, including four fifth-rounders (two are compensation picks that can't be traded).

The Jets are spending money like drunken sailors on well known but questionable players in hopes of selling their failing PSL's.

A talented guy who's a complete headcase and another whose talents as a receiver don't include receiving the ball very well. That's a tandem that's more trouble than it's worth. And I disagree with the earlier assessment that Holmes is a great receiver. He's shown flashes, but he's way too inconsistent to be great.
