    Scouting report from Baseball Fever:

    What I read from that: You start with a 96-mph heater with power sink, they'll give him a lot of time to develop the other things.

    You're just a hater. Samardzija's a bona fide prospect. And he made the right choice to go the MLB road.

    Ok, I'll buy that. I agree that him playing baseball full-time will help a lot, and a 96-mph power sinker is nothing to sniff at.
