I've decided to take a page from fenian's textbook and become a one issue poster.

My wife and I combined make about $1,150 per week. We're on my insurance, which costs (for medical, dental and vision) about $60 per week.

I don't know, because we just changed to one of those confusing HSAs. I can't figure it out yet, but I'm sure it will somehow cost me more money. If not, we wouldn't have switched to it.

It wouldn't appear to work in the beginning, just because all of the people who NEED to see a doctor that haven't been able to would flood the system.

In a couple of years it would even out a bit.

Honestly, if we're able to go billions of dollars into debt because of a war, shouldn't we be able to do it to help our own nation?

No, because we're not trying to instill democracy here. It's wasted money.

I would argue that, yes, it's more justifiable to go into debt by giving Americans healthcare than by ... you know ... killing them overseas.

But TennCare was a complete disaster. That model obviously won't work.

    For me it's not.

Well, hopefully someone can come up with a better plan.

Clinton looks bad during this lobbyist conversation. She looks petty and defensive.

She accused Obama and Edwards of being beholden to lobbyists, and Edwards just looked at her and said, "What?"

The lobbyist card was a silly one to play.
