    Always wondered about the genesis of that saying. Who puts rocks in boxes? And why rocks, per se? Why not a box of almonds? Is it the rhyming element?

    I saw Lochte on the Cartoon Network's "Hall of Games" award show. He was a solid performer.

    Similar to Al Gore.
