Then I blame chrismba. He's the one with the responsibility of ensuring the integrity of this place.

That's untrue. MLB procedures were followed ... The question turned on what constitutes "unusual circumstances" vis-a-vis shipping. You can come down on whatever side you want to, of course, but the argument that procedures weren't followed isn't grounded factually.

I'll outwrite ya, outthink ya, outplay ya, outpray ya and outlay ya, you miserable shit.
Get back to the flame wars you are prosecuting on multiple fronts.
I'm just here to dispose of your charred husk when it's over.

Isn't part of properly following procedures interpreting them properly?

When there is a clear and absolute standard for interpretation, yes.

If there isn't, shouldn't the person have the sense to ask questions?

Oh yes, that's the way it works; murkiness that we discover ex post is always just so obvious in the moment.

Sheesh ... no wonder you get along so well with so many 'round these parts. Go ahead and post your last word now. If it makes you feel better to believe you've somehow won here, more power to you.

    Et tu dq?

We are in agreement. I probably worded it poorly, my reference was to the arbitrator's decision, but you will find many citations from me of the "unusual circumstances" discrepancy.

So, again: You and me (and pretty much all the known world) vs. oop. I like our odds.

Yeah, I think in trying to give Bubbler the benefit of the doubt, he understated how ridiculous Bubbler's argument is.

The anti-Semite Cubs fan did exactly what he thought he was supposed to do.

I gotta get that on a t-shirt ... I already have a "Dangerously Overeducated" and a "If I'm Talking You Should Be Taking Notes" ... that might round out the collection!
