Snooki got paid more than Toni Morrison. Even if you have no idea who Toni Morrison is, she has a NOBEL PRIZE!!! The stupification of America continues... :-X

I have no interest in reading either of their books.

Also the first time they had to pay a commencement speaker.

But, if my student activity money went to pay Snooki, I'd be pissed.

What is she going to add to the ceremony, other than telling kids how to whore it up?

She's not speaking at commencement. Two separate events.

"She spent an hour answering questions, teaching students the signature "Jersey Shore" first pump and styling a student’s hair in her iconic "pouf" hairdo. She also introduced her father, who was in the audience wearing a "Papa Snooki" sleeveless T-shirt.

When asked what her advice was for Rutgers students, she said: 'Study hard, but party harder.'"

College roommate: "You can't major in partying, but you certainly can minor in it."

Unless we really know the situation, we shouldn't judge.
