Rutgers hid part of Schiano's deal

    What really is the difference between this and the shoe deals that are basically locked in to the coaches' contracts at most of the BCS conference schools? I mean most of this money is coming in because of Schiano. The only part that comes across as odd is funneling the money into an LLC that Schinao put up.

    The only problem with this agreement is the way Rutgers handled it. The deal itself isn't that unusual.

    Exactly. They come right out and say it off the bat, and no one probably blinks much of an eye. But when it appears you're hiding something, you look dirty.

    Too bad the SWC could have used this firm. I hear that they are knowledgeable in waste management as well.

    Of course, there is a 7% vig for every task they perform.
