    The athletes' board pushed for harsher penalties than WADA did -- haven't seen that before. Wonder if the ROC will produce any new evidence for the inevitable CAS appeal or keep running with claims the whistleblower's evidence was falsified.

    Guilty athletes are banned.

    Don't know why you'd want innocent ones banned. Well, I do know, but . . .

    Party like it's 1984!

    And banning that beautiful anthem is a punishment to the world.
