Reggie Willits is one damn good ballplayer.

Oh shit. Now I'm worried about Poindexter again.

Derek Jeter's 19-game hitting streak ends with him in the on-deck circle. But he's most upset about the loss. Yessir. Captain Intangibles only cares about the team.

I can't fucking believe Piniella hasn't killed somebody by now. There isn't a jury in Chicago that would convict him. Fuck these fucking guys.

I can't believe YOU haven't killed a Cub yet. There isn't a jury, etc etc.

Props to Bobby Abreu. With the Yankees losing 3-1 in the ninth, and two outs, he didn't swing the bat once.

    Whata player...Whata Yankee...[/Sterling]

Bobby Cox makes it 130, getting tossed in the third arguing a fair or foul call at first.

Weak argument by Cox. Fucking ump is standing right there. I'm starting to think he wants to just get it done with - last night, tonight *** he's trying.

It kind of looked like that last night, Moddy.

Well, two more and the record is his.
Wonder if he had a tee time? I mean, that ball dropped right in front of the ump. Smoltz got tossed, too. They're on the sixth tee somewhere now.

Ron Gardenhire is as easy to read as a book in this regard.

If he really wants an explanation or to make a point, his hat stays where it is.

If he's trying to get tossed, off comes the lid.

I don't know if the umps have picked up on it, but I sure have.

He can be fishing in twenty minutes from downtown.

Is Detroit's bullpen, of all things, going to be their undoing?

    Just coughed up another lead...
