I know that @Mr. Sunshine likes to write song lyrics. So do I.

Perhaps SJ's songwriters can write a few songs together.

You don't necessarily have to add on to my lyrics. You can jot down a line or two or 8. So, yesterday I pull up to a red light. To the left of me is a big black truck with muddied rims, and I see a rough 'n' tumble cutie at the wheel, heavy metal blaring through open windows. I thought of this as the start of a song ...

    Heavy metal chick
in a muddy New York truck

... and that's all I had for the moment, but I like it.

    Heavy metal chick,
In a muddy New York truck.

Inspired by that poet-laurate, Kid Rock:

    I saw your picture today,
Garbage piled on a TV tray,
    Pizza grease, Coca-Cola spilt,
Just thinking of you makes me wilt ...

    Heavy metal chick

I'd like to have her try and change
the down state of my luck

    Seems the kind of girl
who would scramble up my eggs
The kind with ice inside her veins
    and ink between her legs

    She came to me
    when mama died
    and wiped away
    the tears I cried

    Then she let go and
    Put me in my place
    Didn't see it coming
'Til she sat on my face

She had the face of Ozzy
on the left side of her neck
    And Sabbath's Snowblind lyrics
    graced this fascinating wreck

    She was experienced,
    knew all the tricks.
    Got me hot and bothered,
even though she was only a six.

    I was only sixteen,
    and I had never seen
    a teacher like that
Took me all around the world
What a hell of a girl
Got the T-shirt and the Poin Files hat
