  1. Will you watch it?

Or is it more like this:

Hell, I almost fell asleep while laying out the auto racing page yesterday.

I will have it on in the background while doing other things.

  5. I will too. I'm about to go purchase the NYT, assuming the one outlet in town that sells it, the campus bookstore, is open on this holiday weekend. Then, I'll finish up a book I've got 100 pages left.

And when the race gets down to 10 laps, I'll put down the book/nyt.

I'm like Doc on it ... but it bothers me. I really have no good explanation why I can enjoy three hours of NASCAR, and Indy-car racing just bores me to tears. I wish I did.

My wife really wants to go to Maple Grove Raceway, too, to see the dragsters. And I can't imagine sitting through that for an entire afternoon, either. And yet, I can enjoy a night with the sprint cars.

Well, its started off pretty exciting, two lead changes in the first three laps.

Tivo it and then watch the final few laps if one of the ladies is winning.

ABC...there's this thing called weather radar. It really helps illustrate your point, rather than just talking about it.

And off the track we go. This is why I prefer F1, real tracks, wet tires, keep racing.

Patrick has impressed me with how she fought through having a bad car early to get up to the front.
