    I can't account for them but I am a winter person, I love the snow, and it takes a lot to get me to run for a shelter in the winter. Hell moving around will keep you warm.

    Have you had one of our 30-below (40 with the wind chill!) days? Everyone runs for shelter. :D

    I grew up on the prairies (spent years in places where that high wind was actually a chinook and warmed everything, and then spent years in places where that high wind only made everythnig more miserable). I've had many of them. not enjoyable, but if you dress properly you can survive them. And no one is playing out doors when the wind chill hits -40. Most cars don't want to move on those days.
