Running favorite Simpsons episode thread

Some men hunt for sport, others hunt for food...

 

"I think I'm blind."

In general, I like any episode where Monty Burns and Krusty the Klown play major roles. They're my two favorite ancillary characters.

If I had to pick one, though, I suppose my favorite is the one where Homer sues the seafood place for not getting all he could eat. Hilarious premise, first appearance of the Sea Captain (arrr!), Troy McClure is prominently involved, etc., etc., etc.

 

Off the top of my head...

The Mel Gibson episode was fantastic. The Hank Scorpio ordeal was right up there, as well. It's been a long-standing disappointment of mine Scorpio hasn't reappeared in any episodes. Arguably the funniest non-main character in Simpson history.

Trilogy of Errors: thats the one with 123 Fake St.

The one where homer is the mascot for the Isotopes is good.

and.... the Lord of the Flies Episode.

 

anything with kang and kodos makes me giggle like a schoolgirl.

For me, it begins and ends with the Mr. Sparkle episode. That Japanese commercial (which is not on YouTube) is still the funniest 30 seconds of TV I've ever seen.

 

But the only thing I'm hunting for is an outfit that looks goooood.

 

"Monorail, that sounds like a Shelllll-byville idea."

Not a great episode, but the "In The Garden of Eden" bit cracks me up every time I see it.
"Marge, do you remember when we used to make out to this hymn?"

 

"Umm, you probably should ignore that."
