Did we ever find out who the white guy in jorts was?

 

So now an unarmed suspect can apparently get shot because he "walked with purpose."

The suspect was white, so we'll see how that plays out.

 

Lubbock-area teacher thinks she inoculates herself by ending Facebook post with #imnotracist, finds out district sees her post as quite racist indeed, fires her.

"The blacks are the ones causing the problems and this 'racial tension.' I'm almost to the point of wanting them all segregated on one side of town so they can hurt each other and leave the innocent people alone."

Can you imagine if Governor George Wallace were still alive and used twitter?

 

In her defense, by the standards of the 60s, she would not be considered racist. The 1860s.

 

If it's in her teacher contract that she can be disciplined for social media posts, or for personal behavior, then she doesn't have a case.

If not, either pay her the unpaid overtime when you fire her or leave her alone, as much as it sucks to have a racist in the classroom.

 

You never disappoint.

 

It's a very realistic way to look at the world.

 

Good thing anyone who has ever changed the world for the better didn't bother to listen to you.
