I need to start doing Jedi mind tricks on various GMs. That's the only way the Brewers are going to get the value they think they can get out of Prince Fielder.

Looks like instead of paying Cliff Lee 5/$165M, the Yankees will just pay 5/$155M now.

I'm thinking Anaheim. I don't see how the Yankees can take care of their free agents AND make a serious run at Crawford and Lee. They'll get one or the other, but not both. My guess is that they'll focus on Lee, and Crawford will end up with the Angels.

Of course, my hope is that the Yankees sign Crawford, realize they have no more money, and Lee takes less money and goes to Cincinnati (hey, a dude can dream).

Cliff Lee to Milwaukee. You heard it hear first and won't hear it from anyone else.

God, I figured I'd have to be the one to mention Punto. Well done, boys!

My goal, whenever I eventually relaunch my Punto blog, is to campaign to get him to an NL city. Nearest AL park to me is like a 9-hour drive. So I need him here.

Him in Cincinnati would make my ladyparts explode.

    Dodgers will do nothing.

The divorce will stop being interesting, if it hasn't already.

The Giants are the World Series champs.

    F$#% baseball.
