Not sure, but Henrik only had 240 for his career (which really surprises me).

Kaprizov left tonight's Wild game after a guy fell on top of him and it didn't look great. Minnesota sports fans hadn't been kicked in the shins for a few weeks so it was time.

It's official. Great day for Flyers fans.

That would make Torts safe. Briere wanted him when they made the hire.

I just emailed a Flyers fan last night after the game and asked how the fan base hadn't slaughtered Chuck Fletcher. Didn't mean to foreshadow.

They have been ... verbally at least. For two and half seasons now.

They're already paying Vigneault $5 million this season and next. Tortorella got a four-year, $16 million deal. He's not going anywhere.

From the games I have watched this year. ... they suck, but Torts has them playing hard enough so it doesn't look like they have completely given up.

They really needed to tear things down at the end of the Giroux, Voracek, Simmonds, etc. run and do a rebuild, but instead they tried to do the "rebuild without rebuilding."

They definitely play harder and are at least watchable compared to last year, but they still have no ability to score outside Konecny. They made some horrible trades (DeAngelo and Ristolainen, who they then doubled down on with a more horrible contract extension) and an unlucky one (Ellis) that killed their cap and depleted their draft capital.

It’s pretty interesting ABC had a doubleheader yesterday and TNT has one today
Hockey was shut out on this weekend for years because The Players Championship had exclusive rights on NBC
