Running 2017 NCAA Tournament thread

    I don't think he has much of a claim. He's alleging invasion of privacy for publication of his businesses website and phone number - information that he intentionally made public so that he could do business.

    He's also making an intentional infliction of emotional distress claim, which seems more appropriate, but he's a public figure and thanks to the Hustler v. Falwell case will have to prove actual malice. Maybe he can get there.

    Agreed. If the personal and contact information is something his business openly advertises online, then it's plainly fair game for anyone--including a Kentucky fanboy radio show--to mention on the air, right? Not sure what else he's got on KSR, just the show egging the hordes on?

    Unfortunately, sounds like a suit likely to get tossed on summary judgment. There ought to be some way to hold fans accountable for this level of horrendous behavior, but I don't think suing their favorite radio show is the answer.
