LOL ... That really shouldn't be that hard to understand, should it?

My point exactly. I've heard it referred to as partially torn often enough, which in many cases seems to be an attempt to diminish the injury.

And I realized my response sounded snarky, which is why I changed it. Sorry. Guess I wasn't fast enough.

Fair 'nuf ... But, I have to admit, the "partially torn" gambit is attractive to me of late. My wife's on me to get my shoulder whittled on ... apparently a bedmate who groans in his sleep is a problem ... but surgery means at least four to six months sans golf. But if I can convince her the old rotator cuff is only partially torn, well ...

Keuchel's beard game, like his slider, is on point tonight.

Matt Cain, coming off elbow surgery that knocked him out halfway through last season, went for an MRI because of forearm tightness. Jake Peavy, who had a dead arm in spring, is missing his start tomorrow because of a bad back. Those question marks potentially put Vogelsong and Lincecum back in the rotation.

2015 is shaping up as yet another victory lap/rest up for next year. 81-81 could be a tall order.

Nothing happening in Oakland through six.

I love the free Extra Innings for the first week of the season.
