Running 2009 Fantasy Football Thread

MJD scares me because I don't know if he can handle a heavy workload, but I'm doing one more mock draft and I have the second pick. Peterson will go first, then I have some deciding to do.

 

10-team league, snake draft, picking ninth:

QBs: Rodgers, Hasselbeck
RBs: Gore, S. Jackson, Ray Rice, Moreno, Duckett
WRs: Jennings, Boldin, Avery (cut), Hester, Breaston, Hixon (cut), Crabtree, Austin
TE: Olsen
K: none
DEF: Dallas

YGK -- Scary that we drafted the same QBs. I shall be analyzing your roster(s) in an attempt to buttress my draft stragegy in AFFL.

 

Really? Cause I put in my league scoring and he was third.
AP, Turner, Drew, Forte.

 

Just did a mock. Don't think it will help because my draft buddies go RB crazy. Some teams take three straight.

Anyway, third pick in a 12-team snake draft, no keepers, .5 ppr.
Went with Forte because he's gonna get a lot of looks in the passing game, plus there's not a lot of wear and tear like Drew, Turner who have had 400 plus touches over the last two years.

QBs: Jay Cutler, Matt Ryan
RBs: Forte, Thomas Jones, Knowshown Moreno, Donald Brown
WRs: Rhoddy White, Anquan Boldin, Hines Ward
TE: Chris Cooley

(I'm not being a prick, I'm just surprised. Any difference between "actual" and "projected?" His touches/targets are going to go up without Freddy T around).

TE: Olsen, Shiancoe
D/ST: Vikings
K: Gostkowski

 

Sweet. My leagues are getting switched over from to Yahoo now. Their stat tracker is lights out.
