    Ooooh. Good one.

And I wasn't talking to you anyway, fuckstick. Don't you have another whiny, woe-is-me blog entry to write?

I've got about a million of them to write. No lack of material here.

The Mets blew that series? Wasn't it 4-1?

Congratulations to the Red Sox. Being a Rockies fan since the inception, I realize not many people are seriously thinking the Rockies can win. That's OK. I believe in my team, just as Boston fans believe in theirs. I will be in Denver for Games 3 and 4 and hope to score a ticket on Monday morning when the Rockies put them up for grabs.

Maybe David Nied can throw out the first pitch for good juju.

I'd prefer Bryn Smith, started the first game at Mile High.

First Rockies' home run in 1993 in Mile High? Leadoff blast by Eric Young (in the bottom of the first, of course) against the Expos. Rockies won that game 11-4 in front of 80,000.

Claws, I am your ally. Love Blake Street post-game in the middle of summer. Hoist one at the Column for me.

I take the Red Sox in 6 games.
If the Rockies gonna win, they will have to sweep Boston.
It seems like they always make a come back when their backs are against the wall.

I didn't mean they choke games away; the Yankees won it handily. The Mets blew their shot at winning the World Series, the only one I remember watching with them involved.

As I said, I'm waiting until I see Game 1 before I make a prediction.

Even then, I'll probably be totally off base.

Mets had good chances to win at least three of those games, as I recall.

Yeah as I remember it; It was a pretty close series. *checks Wiki to refresh memory*
All 5 games were one or two run difference, including Game 1 that went to the Yanks in the 12th inning.
