Have the Pens gotten tough enough in the off season?

God, it was obvious in the first few shifts against the Sens that Pittsburgh really did not have a chance in that series.

Can Jagr really lead a team to the Cup?

A couple bought and slapped together teams on these lists. Dunno if that will work too well.

Gotta agree here. No was Maurice gets canned before JFJ. The MLSE board is just looking for a reason to get rid of JFJ. A lousy start might be it.

Well, last night's debacle against Buffalo might be step 1.

Toskala makes Dan Cloutier look like Georges Vezina.

    Beyond awful.

So Brent Sutter won't be the first coach fired this season?

You don't even want to give him a chance, Claws?

Nice to see you back Beef.
Edmonton was the top team at Christmas last year, wow don't remeber that one. I'll give you that they had an unbelievable straek of injuries.
I honestly cannot see them making the playoffs. Do you believe in Roloson? I do think they have a bright future and Souray will help their power play immensley but I think it will be a long year. Time will tell.

Goalies are far bigger and more athletic than they used to be. It doesn't matter the size of the gear when its the size of the guy that's the issue.

Perhaps I should have put it in blue font, but as a veteran Devils fan, it's getting to be harder to be happy about a new coach until he's past the first year these days. I do think Sutter will be fine, but if the Devils are leading the division or have already wrapped up a playoff spot late in the season ... look out! ;)
