Damn, can't even make a joke on this thread.

I would like to see the Yankees win one when I am of legal drinking age, though I am sure my liver doesn't want that to happen.

Wow, how far have the Yankees fallen when they don't get a primetime game? These times should make it so I see more Yankees games though, because I will be able to catch the beginning of game 2 before my Friday night football game.

No Yankees game starting later tha 6:30 p.m. Eastern...wow.
I know a lot of NY/NJ editors who are going to be very happy.

  6. That Cubs schedule makes me happy, with the exception of Game 3...

AND THE ROCKIES JOIN THE FUN!

  8. Have they voted for MVP yet - can't imagine this not propelling Mr. Holliday.

For what, extending the game by totally misplaying a fly ball in the 8th inning and allowing the tying run to score.

Rockies-Red Sox. Boston takes the title in five.

Trevor Hoffman has thrown away whatever support he had left from HoF voters. Between this and the 98 WS, he's got nothing in a big spot.

This definitely hurts his candidacy. He also blew one late last week, which allowed the Rockies the chance to tie.
