I have the iTrip and it works like a charm.

    The iPod ones are tremendous.

I'm with you. Where I live, there's a radio station every .0000001 of a channel increment. There's no space for one of these over-the-air adapters.
I have an over-the-air adapter, and it was a waste of money. I won't abide static or bleed over.
    Line in.

That's the best money I've ever spent in my life. Went to the Best Buy -- they had the free installation deal going -- and it changed my life. Crisp audio quality music coming from my MP3 player through the speakers.

Trust me. The BEST money you will spend. Do it. Do it now.

Oh, and my dad says Branson is how Las Vegas would be if it was run by Ned Flanders.

Knowing where Rosie lives, the over-the-air will be fine, I think.

    I just can't abide static.
It's like ranch dressing in my ears.

That may be the most apt description of Branson I've ever heard. (or read, as the case happens to be here)

Zeke knows of what he speaks. I'll try it out for this trip and if it works, great. If it doesn't, it'll go on ebay.

My Tahoe (not an oversized station wagon, I have 4WD, dammit!) is a 2001 model, so it doesn't have the line in. Nor does it have a cassette player, just a CD. Since I plan on keeping it for a while, I may get a different stereo with the line-in. We'll see. And between Mr. Rosie and my brothers, installation will only cost me some beer.

The only thing I want to see isn't in Branson. I plan on finding time to visit Rocky Ridge Farm - and any smart aleck jokes gets you grounded for a very long time.

I hear Nate Poole grew up on Rocky Ridge Farm.

Once you cross I-70 heading south, you won't need your iPod any longer. Instead, tune to 1340-AM for Branson Information Radio.

K, where's I-70? I haven't even gotten to the point of mapping this trip yet.

Runs through Missouri and Illinois, at least regarding your trip. It's an East-West interstate.
