Romo done for season

    I think he's the only owner with his own radio show and TV show in the NFL.

    Romo definitely done. He had his back surgery already.

    "The procedure happened this morning," Garrett said. "We felt the surgery went well. Tony should be able to come home later today and start his rehabilitation."

    If Romo can't fulfill his contract, how much is Jones out in any contract settlement where it weighs against the cap? Romo is 34. This isn't his first back issue. This can't be good for the greatest GM in all of sports.

    Romo has the biggest cap number in the league. Cutting him this week would mean the end of the franchise (and probably force the NFL to change the rules) because his cap hit would exceed the team's payroll.

    Romo and Jerry will be joined at the hip for the rest of this decade.
