    I worked at a paper that was nowhere close to being on the level of The Globe or the WP and it sold for something like $400 million about a decade ago.

    These prices are so low it's scary.

    My God. I did NOT see that coming at all. But I'll say this... if these owners are anything like Aaron Kushner, this might be a good thing for newspapers in the end.

    I can dream, right?

    CNBC says the deal doesn't include Kaplan or the other associated businesses. Post story seems to imply it includes the Post and the associated weeklies.
