Not wise Big Ben...and I agree nothing pisses me off more than a biker without a helmet.

I hope he's OK. I only want to see him get hurt by a Browns defender.

I agree with Dexter (to a point). One of the big drawbacks to riding a motorcyle is that they seem to be invisible to 25 percent of the population and people pulling in front of you is not rare.

KDKA's site is now overloaded and unable to load.

A friend from work lost a lung in a motorcycle accident.

He healed and insisted on getting back on a motorcycle.

    Then he lost a leg.

    Neither accident was his fault.

    I HATE MOTORCYCLES.

KDKA-TV, which is still live, is reporting that he was NOT wearing a helmet and he had the green light.  Apparently there is a faint skid mark.
And the hospital has asked the media to leave, which cracked me up.

Soap operas are being pre-empted, uh-oh.

For a city that lives and dies with the Steelers, it doesn't surprise me that life all but stopped moving in Pittsburgh over Ben Roethlisberger. My dad was in Pittsburgh back in the fall and said that one of the newscasts' lead stories was about Big Ben being held out of practice.

In re: helmets. I won't even go without one when I'm on my bike.

Art Rooney Jr. has just left the Steelers practice facility to go to the hospital.
    He had no comment.

Art Rooney Sr. has just rolled over in his grave, lit a cigar and said, "What an idiot this Roethlisberger is."
