    President Obama's tweet led with a criticism of the dismissal of stare decisis in this instance. Cornyn responded with a whatabout re: a similar sloughing off in the Brown decision.

    If Cornyn's looking to roll back the clock re: racial relations, that's going to come as a big surprise to the very impressive young Black woman I was privileged to meet two summers ago: Cornyn had just appointed her to West Point.

    Afghanistan, Somalia, and at least 20 other countries with barely functioning governments and notoriously misogynistic cultures offer 12 to 24 weeks of paid maternity leave? I guess the Taliban is on the ball.
