This is my favorite Rocky. Just because it's so ri-goddamn-diculous.

Rocky IV once again held my rapt attention for about the 400th time.

Had no idea it was the most financially successful sports film ever.

 

And I see this thread just in time for Rocky V to start. Sigh ...

 

It was the scene after this but was mercifully edited from the finished production.

 

that was rocky III, and no, no that wasn't edited out.

 

That scene was the inspiration for the use of "Hearts on Fire" in Rocky IV. Probably wasn't the only thing burning, if ya know what I mean.
