Rock stars' stage names

    The news that Lux Interior of the Cramps had passed away got me to thinking of other inventive stage names. Among those that come to mind:

    Poison Ivy, wife of Lux Interior and the other perpetual member of the Cramps
    Iggy Pop

    Now I'm drawing a blank and I know there are some others. Suggestions?

    Well, Bono is actually "Bono Vox" which is either Latin or his best approximation for "Good voice." I don't know if that's a stage name or all-his-life name, but that's one.

    The non-Stephen Malkmus guitarist for Pavement went by "Spiral Stairs."

    Axl Rose and Slash would be two interesting ones, too.
