    Sirs, Madames,

Who prepared this list, the RNC pandering to the youth (under-50) vote?

Completely tone deaf, besides the point, hilarious.

If I was one of these artists, I'd be insulted be be named to the list ... except for Shania and Jewel, I guess.

    YHS, etc

Hey guys, especially the ones that don't think much of the Rock HOF, cool it.

This is done by the same bunch of MENSA candidates that have compiled a so-called Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame. Some of the groups "in" have painfully little credibility. Why should that list be any better?

In other words, what FOTF said ... :)

    I got this far...

    13. SANTANA – SUPERNATURAL

Okay, that's enough. Is this meant to be taken seriously?

    What. A. Fucking. Joke.

    Sirs, Madames,

Santana on the list for Supernatural is up there with Paul Newman's Oscar for The Color of Money.

    YHS, etc

I pay no attention to an organization that refuses to induct Rush or Kiss.

    Definitive is a squishy word.

"So these are the 200 best albums?"

"We didn't say that. That's too subjective. These are the 200 definitive albums!"

"So they are the 200 best-selling albums of all time?"

"No, that would be too easy and would include records that are just popular. These are definitive."

"So you guys pretty much just pulled these out your ass?"

    "Correct!"

"Sgt. Pepper" is the Beatles' fifth-best album. ;)

(White, Revolver, Rubber Soul and Abbey Road).

You might be right Starman...although I'd shuffle your top 3 and Pepper might sneak in ahead of Abbey Road

  11. At least they had Bob Seger's Night Moves ranked ahead of anything by Neil Young

Personally, I'd even place it behind Magical Mystery Tour.

And still waiting for someone to go off on Enya being included in the list.
