    Great.

Now not only do I have the theme from MST3K running through my head, the Hamm's beer jingle is trading off with it now. ;)

"From the Land of Sky Blue Waters (Waters),
From the land of pines, lofty balsam,
    Comes the beer refreshing,
    Hamm's the Beer Refreshing"

I feel like I should beat myself up for being excited about this....
Anyway, MSTies, votes for best episode?
I've always been partial to The Final Sacrifice -- "Comeon kid, how about a hearty 'Rowsdower'"

  3. 1) "The Day The Earth Froze."
    2) The Monkey Men."
    3) Every other one. (Tie)

    My favorite episodes?

    All of them!

There was one during the Sci Fi years, I don't remember the name but it had giant spiders, Alan Hale (aka "The Skipper") and took place in WI. There was a carnival scene, and when the spin-y swings were being shown, Tom Servo said (and I paraphrase) "Why don't you speed this thing up and fling me into Minnesota where I can start a real life!"

My brother, who had just moved in with us from WI, was watching with me and we laughed so hard my stomach hurt for days. ;D

Speaking of which, he has that tape. I need to get it back from him!

And of course, there's nothing like those 1950s shorts like "You're Hired!" or Iowa State's efforts to get women to take home ec or "Dinner with your Family."

A Joel vs. Mike debate might reach Seinfeld/Simpsons proportions.

the short about springs, with Springy the Spring Sprite was classic. "Ahh ha ha ha ha, NO SPRINGS!"

Don't forget the Gumby short. That was hysterical.

FB, I'd salute you with a beverage... if i knew how to post pix. Well done.

Rue McClanahan stripping? The mind reels.

Love the "Outlaw of Gor" episode. Now, my mind will start rolling, trying to remember most of these from early 90s Comedy Central. Mrs. Birdscribe and I used to watch these all the time when she was pregnant with my now-13-year-old.

    Keep 'em coming.
