Robin Williams having heart issues

    Lewis Grizzard (former Atlanta Journal sports editor and columnist who became a best-selling author and then a stand-up comic) had a similar (if not identical) procedure, and mined a lot of humorous territory out of it. But he also had to have the surgery four times, and died at 48.

    Sounds like Robert Schimmel's territory. If you have ever heard him, you'd know what I'm talking about.

    True, but the mechanical valves last longer. When he had his done, they told him that if they used a porcine valve, he probably wouldn't get more than 10 years out of it. Williams probably faces a similar decision.
