Robin Meade interviews American hostages, but viewers get to interview her?

I'm watching CNN Headline news, and they've been promoting Robin Meade's interview with the freed hostages all day. The big "exclusive" interview is supposed to run tomorrow.
But today, viewers can e-mail questions about the hostages to Robin and she'll answer them live.
My problem is, why the fuck is CNN making Robin Meade the story? Why the fuck should I care about her impression of the hostages? Just show me the damn interview.
Does anyone else have a problem with this?
Sure, do the Meade Q&A after the interview. But the timing just seems ridiculous.
